Returns and Refunds
How do I return a product to DrKids?
You can return any unopened product within 14 days of receipt by contacting us at ukcustomercare@calmco.com. Please note that opened or expired products are not eligible for return. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive the returned product, we will process a refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase. The refund will exclude delivery charges, and we will notify you via email once the refund has been issued.
Can I return a defective product?
Yes, if you receive a defective product, please contact us at ukcustomercare@calmco.com. We will examine the product and issue a refund or replacement as appropriate.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel it by contacting us at ukcustomercare@calmco.com. If it has already been dispatched, you will need to return the product at your own cost for a refund.
Shipping and Delivery
What shipping methods does DrKids offer?
We offer standard and expedited delivery options via Royal Mail. You can choose your preferred shipping method at checkout, and costs will vary based on the weight and destination of your order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, and expedited shipping 2-3 business days.
We aim to process and ship your order the same day if received before 12PM Midday. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day.You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched, including tracking information if available.
Please note that delivery times may vary based on the destination and carrier delays.
What should I do if my shipment is missing or damaged?
If your order is missing or arrives damaged, please contact us at ukcustomercare@calmco.com within 7 days of receipt, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
